Resumes contain sensitive personal information. We treat it that way.

What we collect

Your account email, the resumes and job descriptions you add, the documents we generate for you, and your application tracking notes. Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe — we never store card numbers.

How we protect it

Your files are kept in private storage. Database rules make sure only you can read your own records. AI processing happens on our secure servers, never in your browser.

AI and training

We do not use your uploaded resumes to train AI models without your explicit permission.

Fairness

We never use protected characteristics such as age, race, religion, sex or disability to rank you or estimate hiring chances.

Your choices

You can delete any resume or document at any time, and you can permanently delete your account and personal data from your Account page.
